The optimal time to sign up for FOREVEVERSMILE retainers is when you sign up for braces, Invisalign, or clear aligner treatment. This guarantees your teeth will remain in place well into the future, protecting your investment and your new, beautiful smile.

Simply decide on what location works best for you, complete a contact form, and team member will be in touch with you to schedule a FREE Consultation.

For a limited time, introductory costs are just $465 to participate in the program. This is just about the cost of a new set of retainers! If you lose, break, or damage your retainers, signing up is an easy decision. Signing up early during your comprehensive treatment means you can take advantage of interest-free financing.

Once you are enrolled in the program, and need a retainer replacement simply place a call to our office to place an order. Typical delivery time is five (5) business days.

Please call us as soon as you know you are without retainers. If you go without your retainers for a significant amount of time, we will need to see you in person, to ensure teeth have not moved, and the impression we have on file will still fit. If teeth have shifted, you may need re-treatment. In this case we offer 15% off of new treatment, and you can begin to use your FOREVERSMILE benefits as soon as your teeth are back in place.

If you receive your retainers in the mail, and they no longer fit, please call our office as soon as possible for further instruction.

The program is valid for five years from the first retainer order. Participants can order as many retainers as they would like during this time period, with the associated small co-pay for each retainer. There is no limit to the number of retainers a participant can order during this time, allowing patients to order retainers to last them for a lifetime! Participants will also be eligible to renew the program at a reduced rate after the five-year period is complete.
